Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 4 years in pharma manufacturing, including 2 years in a supervisory role. The role demands flexibility for shifts and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant production of high-quality pharmaceutical products, adhering strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will supervise a team of production operators, manage production schedules, and maintain a safe working environment. This position is vital for meeting market demand and upholding the company's commitment to quality and reliability in the Gauteng province.
