Job summary

LF&E Temperature Controlled Logistics in the UK is seeking Pharmaceutical Delivery Drivers to join our Glasgow depot, delivering medications and healthcare products safely, on time, and with a professional, patient‑focused service.

You will work 45 hours per week across weekdays with occasional Saturday work, operate temperature‑controlled vehicles, comply with Good Distribution Practices and MHRA guidelines, and support the healthcare sector through reliable routes and excellent customer

Qualifications

• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is preferred.
• Understanding of temperature-controlled vehicles and maintaining product integrity.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare delivery environments is desirable.
• Strong geographical knowledge and route planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, reliable and professional approach to work.
• Full UK manual driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years.
• No more than 6 penalty points on the licence.
• DBS and references checks may be required.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medication on pre-planned routes within expected timescales.
• Follow all safety procedures on-site and during delivery.
• Collaborate with fellow drivers and depot managers to ensure professional and efficient service.
• Ensure compliance with UK and EU transport laws, including Good Distribution Practices and MHRA guidelines.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.

We specialise in temperature-controlled healthcare logistics, ensuring vital medications reach patients, pharmacies, and healthcare providers safely and on time.

We're currently looking for a Pharmaceutical Delivery Drivers to join our Glasgow depot and become part of a team that delivers more than parcels, we deliver care.

The Role:

As a Pharmaceutical Delivery Driver, you'll play a key role in ensuring medications and healthcare products are delivered safely, securely, and on time. You'll be the face of LF&E, providing a professional and friendly service while supporting the healthcare sector and improving patient outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and being part of a supportive team making a real difference every day.

Working Hours:

• 45 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, working 5-6 days per week
• Day shifts with start times between 6:30am and 7:45am
• Saturday availability required approximately every 6-7 weeks
• Daily finish times may vary depending on route requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Full UK manual driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years
• No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence
• Successful completion of DBS and reference checks
• Right to work in the UK
