Job summary

Cencora is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our outbound team in a fast-paced healthcare distribution environment. You will pick, pack, and process orders with high accuracy and attention to GDP standards.

You will work toward safety, quality and efficiency targets, maintain stock records, and support the wider warehouse team. Experience in warehouse operations and temperature-controlled handling is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse ops: receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Knowledge in inventory control principles and stock movement tracking.
• Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling for sensitive products.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using warehouse systems and documentation.
• Pack products safely and securely, ensuring appropriate packaging is used at all times.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, pick face errors, and damaged goods.
• Process orders across medical bulk, refrigerated, and secure locations.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while meeting operational targets.
• Follow GDP requirements and company procedures.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Communicate operational issues promptly to Team Leaders and support the wider warehouse team.
