Cencora is seeking a reliable Despatch Operative to join our warehouse team. You will help despatch customer orders by palletising, wrapping, and preparing goods for delivery in a healthcare distribution setting.

Role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely handling of temperature-sensitive products, with Mon-Fri 18:30–23:30 and 25 hours per week. Training and career progression available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; experience welcomed.
• CSCP or similar certification preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and documentation.
• Experience with temperature-controlled handling is beneficial.
• Ability to follow standardized work instructions precisely.
• Proven accuracy in order picking and packing processes.

Responsibilities

• Palletise customer orders accurately for despatch.
• Wrap and secure pallets for safe transport.
• Prepare shipment areas and packaging materials.
• Update warehouse transactions and shipment documents.
• Monitor temperature-sensitive products per procedures.
• Identify and report damaged or on-hold stock.
• Coordinate movement of materials using warehouse equipment.
• Escalate inventory or despatch issues to the team.
