Job summary

Cencora is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our outbound team in a fast-paced healthcare distribution environment. You will pick, pack, and process orders with high accuracy and attention to GDP standards.

You will work toward safety, quality and efficiency targets, maintain stock records, and support the wider warehouse team. Experience in warehouse operations and temperature-controlled handling is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse ops: receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Knowledge in inventory control principles and stock movement tracking.
• Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling for sensitive products.

Responsibilities

• Experience working in temperature-controlled environments., High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred. Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping. Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements. Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials. Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations. Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements. Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools. established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions. Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs. Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action. Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities. Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy. Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
