Job summary

Polar Speed, part of UPS, is recruiting a delivery and collection driver to serve GP surgeries, pharmacies, hospitals and wholesalers. You will handle multi-drop routes, ensure safe loading, and maintain the vehicle's temperature while on shift.

We expect at least 2 years driving experience, a valid Driver CPC, and a Class 2 (C) licence with minimal points. The role is full-time with 40 hours per week, and benefits include pension and enhanced holiday.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years driving experience.
• Driver CPC qualification must be valid.
• Class 2 (C) licence with ideally ≤6 points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect pharmaceutical consignments to GP surgeries, pharmacies, hospitals and wholesalers.
• Manage scanning and safe loading of parcels and pallets.
• Maintain vehicle temperature and conduct safety checks on the refrigeration unit.
• Communicate delays or delivery failures to the line manager promptly.
• Complete paperwork such as EPOD and driver manifests accurately.
• Present professionally and provide excellent customer service.
