Job summary

UPS is hiring a Delivery Driver (Multi Drop) for Polar Speed Distribution, based in Birmingham. You will make 40-hour weeks with potential extra hours, delivering to GP surgeries, pharmacies, hospitals, and patients in a temperature-controlled logistics setup.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ driving, a B licence with minimal points, and strong customer service. Benefits include holiday allowance and a company pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ driving experience.
• Valid B category driving licence, ideally <=3 points.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships while maintaining confidentiality.
• Good organisation and prioritisation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Check and scan all consignments.
• Complete daily safety checks of vehicle and refrigeration unit.
• Deliver consignments on time while maintaining required temperature range.
• Ensure records of deliveries are captured and driver manifests completed.
• Maintain daily communications to provide service updates.
• Demonstrate professional and safe driving and present a smart appearance.
