Job summary

Talentmark is recruiting for a Hub Submission Manager, joining a pharmaceutical company on a 6-month contract. The role is hybrid, based in Sandwich, Kent, with 2–3 days on-site per week.

You will oversee day-to-day regulatory submissions to Health Authorities across allocated countries, plan submissions, coordinate with product teams, manage translations, and ensure timely delivery. A strong eye for detail, experience with electronic submissions, and solid project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a busy regulated environment with tight deadlines.
• Hands-on experience building electronic submissions in the pharmaceutical industry.
• A good understanding of regulatory guidelines and how a submission is put together.
• Great attention to detail, strong organisation and a talent for project management.
• A keen interest in learning new software and tools, and a team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Looking after the day to day running of regulatory submissions to Health Authorities in your allocated countries.
• Planning each submission and making sure it is ready on time.
• Working closely with product teams and country contacts to agree what is needed and when.
• Building, sending and storing electronic and paper submissions.
• Managing translations and keeping everyone up to date on timelines.
• Spotting problems early and helping to fix them, so that deadlines are met.
