Job summary

HR GO Group seeks a proactive Regulatory Associate in Folkestone, Kent, for a hybrid role combining on-site and London-based activity. You will support product registrations and regulatory compliance across EMEA, delivering submissions, maintaining licences and supporting launches within a diverse portfolio including medical devices, medicines and supplements.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and effective stakeholder communication, with experience in regulatory affairs

Qualifications

• Experience with regulatory affairs for EU/EMEA markets.
• Ability to manage multiple regulatory projects with deadlines.
• Attention to detail and high-quality documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory queries and registration activity with internal teams and distributors.
• Prepare, compile and submit documentation for registrations and licence maintenance.
• Research and interpret local regulatory requirements across EMEA markets.
• Collaborate with Quality, R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain and Legal on dossiers.
• Manage registration projects, timelines, trackers and milestones.
• Support lifecycle activities like variations and regulatory notifications.
• Arrange signing, legalization and authentication of regulatory documents.
• Maintain registration records in internal systems and databases.
• Organise electronic regulatory files per document control procedures.
• Produce status updates and reports for stakeholders.
