Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking QC Analysts for a leading pharmaceutical company’s Quality Control Laboratory in Essex. You will execute tests, support investigations, and ensure data integrity in a GMP-regulated environment.

Applicants should hold a scientific degree and have hands-on experience with QC testing techniques (HPLC, GC) and regulatory guidance (MHRA, EU GMP). The role involves internal audits and contributing to continuous improvement.

Formación

• Degree or higher in a scientific field (Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy)
• Experience in pharmaceutical environment with raw materials and finished product testing
• Strong understanding of GMP, SOPs, Health & Safety policies and MHRA/EU GMP
• Experience with QC testing techniques including instrument-based methods like HPLC and GC

Responsabilidades

• Conduct laboratory testing in line with EU GMP and MHRA guidelines to produce accurate and reliable data.
• Assist in the review, maintenance, and improvement of SOPs.
• Prepare samples, standards, and reagents according to documented procedures, ensuring proper recording and data integrity.
• Maintain and operate laboratory equipment (pH meters, titrators, HPLC, GC) with calibration and fit-for-purpose status.
• Participate in internal audits, regulatory inspections, and support investigation of Out-of-Specification results.
