Smart4Sciences partners with a London-based pharmaceutical manufacturer to recruit a QC Analyst for their Quality Control team. The role focuses on routine testing in a GMP-regulated environment, ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance.

You will work with HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR and titration, and support method validation, stability studies, CAPA, and change controls. Excellent documentation and data review are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated laboratory environment.
• Practical experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR or titration.
• Knowledge of cGMP and laboratory documentation requirements.
• Experience in method validation, stability testing, OOS investigations and CAPA is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous documentation practices.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine testing of raw materials and finished products using analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, titration).
• Conduct method validation, transfer and development in line with regulatory guidelines.
• Review analytical data, raw data and batch documentation for cGMP compliance.
• Support stability studies, OOS investigations, deviations and CAPA implementation.
• Prepare, review and update SOPs, product specifications and controlled quality documents.
• Perform raw material sampling, visual inspections and material release activities.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and support equipment qualification and maintenance.
• Monitor environmental and microbial data, prepare trend reports and maintain records.
• Support change controls, supplier management, quality investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
