Job summary

Talentmark are recruiting for a QA Officer to join a pharmaceutical company based in Birmingham. The role involves establishing and maintaining the Quality Management System and ensuring compliance across manufacturing activities.

You will perform QC testing of raw materials, conduct internal audits, archive batch records, manage CAPA, and investigate product-related complaints. A BSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences and GMP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Pharmaceutical Sciences (BSc minimum).
• Minimum of 6 months' experience in a GMP pharmaceutical facility.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Formulate company Quality policy and establish a Quality Management System.
• Ensure QC testing of raw materials.
• Carry out internal audits.
• Archive manufacturing batch records.
• Record internal incidents and implement changes through the CAPA system.
• Record product-related complaints and investigate root causes.
