Job summary

Talentmark are recruiting for a QA Officer to join a pharmaceutical company, based in Birmingham, on a permanent basis. The salary is around £30,000-£32,000 per annum.

The company manufactures, imports, and distributes bespoke medicines, and this role focuses on quality policy, QC of raw materials, audits, and CAPA-driven improvements within a GMP environment. The ideal candidate will hold a BSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences with at least 6 months of GMP experience and knowledge of Quality

Qualifications

• Graduate in Pharmaceutical Sciences (BSc minimum).
• Minimum of 6 months' experience in a GMP pharmaceutical facility.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Formulate the company Quality policy and establish a Quality Management System.
• Ensure QC testing of raw materials.
• Carry out internal audits.
• Archive manufacturing batch records.
• Record internal incidents and implement changes through the CAPA system.
• Record product-related complaints and investigate root causes.
