Job summary

JCW Group in the Guildford area is seeking an engineering project coordinator to support manufacturing operations and capital initiatives. You will manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring compliance with GMP/GxP and change control.

The role requires an engineering degree and hands-on experience with equipment installation, commissioning or process improvements, with an immediate start on a long-term contract ending in 2027.

Qualifications

• Immediate availability to start ASAP.
• Engineering or technical project coordination in manufacturing (pharma, biotech or food).
• Experience supporting equipment installation, commissioning or process improvements.
• Familiarity with engineering documentation and change control.
• Working knowledge of GMP/GxP and HSE frameworks.
• Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical or process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from initiation to completion across manufacturing operations.
• Support capital initiatives and equipment commissioning.
• Ensure engineering documentation and change control are followed.
