Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in Haverhill is seeking a Process Technician to join its growing production team on a full-time basis. The role involves operating pharmaceutical production equipment safely and performing SOP-driven tasks in a GMP environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior production or pharmaceutical experience, good written English, basic numeracy and a proactive approach to training and development. Full training will be provided.

• GMP experience is desirable.
• Good written English for production records.
• Basic numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pharmaceutical production equipment safely.
• Carry out routine and complex manufacturing tasks per SOPs.
• Complete raw material charging and production activities per procedures.
• Set up, clean and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor production progress and report deviations to line management.
• Complete batch documentation and production records.
• Maintain spreadsheets and production databases.
• Operate machinery within the production area.
• Carry out basic equipment maintenance and identify issues.
• Support improvements to SOPs and production processes.
• Work in accordance with GMP, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Follow Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and company standards.
