Job summary

Pharmaron is currently recruiting a Shift Process Technician to support site manufacturing operations on a rotating shift. You will operate and monitor API production trains, adhere to GMP and HS policies, perform batch processing, cleaning, and manage documentation to ensure audit readiness.

The candidate should have 3+ years in a technical manufacturing setting, experience in high-hazard environments, and a degree in Chemical Processing or Pharmaceutical Science.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a technical manufacturing environment.
• Experience in high hazard environments and following batch instructions.
• Experience with cGMP and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor API manufacturing processes on shift.
• Adhere to EHS policies, SOPs and GMP standards.
• Perform batch processing, cleaning, and waste stream management.
• Maintain process documentation and support audits.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to colleagues.
