Catalent Dartford campus is seeking a Process Technician to join our onsite manufacturing team. You will operate equipment, follow GMP/SOP procedures, and keep accurate production records in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

The role offers opportunities for cross-training across multiple products and manufacturing areas with ongoing training and development. The site emphasizes safety, quality, and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Familiar with GMP and SOP systems to ensure compliant manufacturing.
• Accurate documentation and record-keeping as part of production.
• Able to work with PPE and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and follow production processes to manufacture pharmaceutical products.
• Follow GMP, SOPs and safety procedures to ensure compliant and safe production.
• Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and maintain high standards of records.
• Monitor production processes, identify abnormalities, and support troubleshooting.
• Maintain clean GMP production areas with high housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with site functions to support smooth material and production flow.
• Participate in continuous improvement to enhance safety, quality and efficiency.
• Develop skills across products and manufacturing areas through training.
