Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Packaging Document Technician to originate and set up packaging master batch records for new and repeat projects. The role supports ready-to-execute metrics, maintains trackers, and ensures quality and compliance across documentation.

Responsibilities include generating and reviewing batch records, updating trackers, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver right-first-time documentation while adhering to health, safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum A level educated with pharmaceutical or life science experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent eye for detail and data accuracy.
• Proficient IT skills: Excel, SAGE Line 500, Achiever Plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate, control and review packaging master batch records per schedules.
• Update MPS/Finite trackers and supply timely status updates.
• Measure and trend KPIs, ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare batch documentation.
• Support meetings and ensure compliance with H&S and environmental standards.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and future growth needs.
