Responsibilities

• Lead the Manufacturing team and provide inspirational leadership.
• Ensure manufacturing meets GMP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop training plans and budgets with HR for regulatory compliance.
• Review job cards with Project Management to ensure GMP compliance.
• Identify cost savings and efficiency improvements across operations.
• Conduct performance appraisals and manage attendance and coaching.
• Support client calls, visits and ensure timely project completion.
