Job summary

PCI Pharma Services UK is seeking a Packaging Document Technician to originate, set up and approve packaging master batch records for new projects and repeat commercial work, aligning with site schedules and KPI tracking. You will maintain documentation, liaise with internal teams, ensure quality and first-time accuracy, and uphold PCI's Health, Safety and Environmental standards.

• Minimum A level educated with adequate experience in a pharmaceutical or life science organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Origination, setup and timely approval of packaging master batch records.
• Generation, control and review of packaging master batch records per site schedules.
• Maintenance and update of existing packaging master batch records.
• Review source data forms and provide timely feedback for clarification.
• Keep MPS and Finite trackers updated for accurate status updates.
• Ensure KPIs are measured, documented and trended.
