Job summary

Baringa, a global consulting firm, is building its Pharma and Life Sciences practice in Europe and the UK. This role sits in London, working with major pharma clients on strategy, operating models and AI-enabled transformations across R&D, medical affairs and commercial functions.

You will engage with large established players and disruptors, driving impactful change through global to local initiatives and delivering measurable value for patients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong pharmaceutical and life sciences consulting experience.
• Track record of ownership and delivering results in demanding client environments.
• Entrepreneurial drive to grow the sector.
• Ability to leverage AI to inform strategy and operating models.
• Experience across Life Sciences clinical development, medical and/or commercial functions.
• Experience in transformation program management or change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and operating models across pharma value chain.
• Lead cross-functional change initiatives with global teams.
• Establish Centres of Excellence and Communities of Practice.
• Design and implement Quality Management Systems (GxP related).
• Optimize product development team ways of working amid change.
• Support brand teams with launch strategies and operations.
• Develop omnichannel approaches and early post-launch customer engagement.
