Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Learning Strategy Consultant in Oxford to lead design alignment, content development, and delivery of high-impact learning solutions for pharmaceutical customers.

You will partner with clients to assess capability needs, translate requirements into structured, outcome-driven solutions, and oversee training sessions including train-the-trainer approaches to ensure adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in learning, with strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Proven experience in developing high‑quality short-, medium-, and long‑form content across learning formats.
• Builds trusted relationships and aligns solutions to customer needs and outcomes.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outputs on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead capability needs assessment by diagnosing gaps and translating insights into learning strategies.
• Design learning journeys and roadmaps to maximise engagement and business impact.
• Align learning solutions with customer objectives, project intent and performance outcomes.
• Oversee content development across digital, live, and blended formats and guide writers.
• Facilitate delivery and train‑the‑trainer sessions to ensure adoption and effectiveness.
• Support pitch and proposal activity and identify opportunities for customers.
