You will partner with clients, assess capability needs, translate requirements into structured, outcome‑driven solutions, oversee content development, and facilitate training sessions or train‑the‑trainer programs to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in learning with instructional design and adult learning principles within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Proven experience developing high‑quality short‑, medium‑, and long‑form content across a range of learning formats.
• Builds trusted relationships and aligns solutions to customer needs and business outcomes.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality outputs within timelines.
• Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive in identifying challenges and implementing practical, effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced PowerPoint and writing capability, with experience in consulting or training environments.
• Willingness to travel (~10%) to support customer engagements and key delivery activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Capability Needs Assessment: Diagnose customer capability gaps through structured needs analysis and translate insights into outcome‑driven learning strategies.
• Design Learning Journeys & Roadmaps: Develop cohesive learning pathways defining curriculum structure, modality mix, and sequencing for impact.
• Align Strategy with Customer Objectives: Act as a strategic partner ensuring solutions align with project intent, commercial goals and performance outcomes.
• Oversee Content Development & Quality: Guide the creation of high‑impact, multi‑modal learning solutions and contribute to content creation where needed.
• Drive Delivery & Facilitation Excellence: Facilitate learning sessions and enable customer teams through train‑the‑trainer approaches.
