Pertemps Bond is recruiting for a temp to perm Lab Assistant in Burton on Trent to support the production of medicines in a clinical compounding unit. This role offers a clear path to permanent employment and a meaningful contribution to patient care.

You will prepare starting materials, aseptically manufacture products, measure and mix using glassware and pipettes, perform visual quality checks, pack finished goods for dispatch, and help maintain stock levels.

Competenze

• Experience in a manufacturing, assembly or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instruction.
• Manage and prioritise workload.
• Strong written and verbal English due to the working environment.

Mansioni

• Prepare and record starting materials listed in batch documents
• Aseptically manufacture products following department procedure
• Use of laboratory equipment to correctly measure and mix chemicals in a safe and precise manner (glassware, containers, pipettes, syringes)
• Perform visual quality checks, label and pack the finished product ready for dispatch
• Support supervisors and managers by keeping stock levels maintained
