Job summary

Pertemps Bond is recruiting for a temp to perm Lab Assistant in Burton on Trent to support the production of medicines in a clinical compounding unit. This role offers a clear path to permanent employment and a meaningful contribution to patient care.

You will prepare starting materials, aseptically manufacture products, measure and mix using glassware and pipettes, perform visual quality checks, pack finished goods for dispatch, and help maintain stock levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, assembly or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instruction.
• Manage and prioritise workload.
• Strong written and verbal English due to the working environment.

Pertemps are recruiting for temp to perm Lab Assistants to work for our client in Burton on Trent. Our client is a medical company who are able to offer workers temp to perm positions to work in their compounding unit. In this role you will be able to positively impact the lives of patients by supporting with the production of medicines used for life-threatening or limiting illnesses.

Hours / Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating - Week 1- 6am to 2pm / Week 2- 1pm to 9pm / Week 3- 11am to 7pm

Your duties will include:
