EL Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager reporting to the UK Sales Director to drive growth in Pharma and Healthcare within a defined UK territory. You will promote a portfolio of products aligned to freight forwarding and logistics, build pipelines from new business opportunities, and work across branches to win, retain and grow customers.

Qualificações
- Proven experience selling to Pharma/Healthcare within freight/logistics.
- Strong relationship management and opportunity qualification.
- Knowledge of cold chain and GDP compliance in sales processes.
- Experience generating new business and meeting targets.
- Experience using CRM for pipeline and data reporting.
Responsabilidades
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Pharma/Healthcare sectors.
- Generate and qualify opportunities; build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Promote products within freight forwarding and logistics to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Collaborate with Branch Operations and marketing to win, retain and develop customers.
- Maintain GDPR compliance and deliver first-class customer service.
