Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a proactive Hard Services Coordinator to support engineering and maintenance services at our pharmaceutical site in Speke, Liverpool. You will coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, manage contractors, and ensure services are delivered safely and in line with regulatory requirements.

Working closely with the Technical Services Manager, you will drive efficiency, manage CMMS work orders, and contribute to continuous improvement while delivering first-rate facilities

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating facilities or engineering projects.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Experience using CMMS or helpdesk systems.
• Excellent IT and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage work orders through CMMS and issue permits to work.
• Carry out safety inspections and walk-downs; review risks and MSAs.
• Plan engineering activities and priorities; coordinate contractors and service visits.
• Manage small improvement projects and KPI reporting.
• Liaise with clients and engineering teams to ensure service quality.
