Job summary

Jack Morton Worldwide Inc. is seeking an experienced Event Management Lead to oversee the successful execution of pharmaceutical events, including congresses, investigator meetings and advisory boards.

You will lead the project team, ensure adherence to best practices, and partner with leadership to foster a proactive coaching environment within operations. The role requires strategic thinking, clear communication, and meticulous organization across LifeSciences events, with on-site oversight

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Congresses, Investigator Meetings & Advisory Boards in Life Sciences/pharma.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills across cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects to time, scope and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of pharmaceutical events from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate with Account Leads and governance to ensure best practices.
• Oversee project team, mentor staff, and manage holidays and timesheets.
• Ensure events are delivered on time, on budget, and to client SLAs.
• Lead onsite management and post-event reconciliation with suppliers.
