Job summary

Gi Group United Kingdom is recruiting a Dispensary Technician based in Worthing, West Sussex. The role involves dispensing materials for manufacturing, using SAP, and ensuring GMP standards are met.

The position features 6:52–15:00 shifts and uses weighing systems to guarantee traceability. The candidate should have warehouse/manufacturing experience, SAP/MRP/ERP system familiarity, and a safety-conscious mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience using SAP/MRP/ERP systems.
• Reach Truck Licence is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
• Strong quality mindset and delivering accurate work.
• Temporary role with a maximum tenure of 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Collate and dispense raw materials (including powders) for manufacturing areas.
• Complete all material movements and transactions accurately using SAP and the site weighing system.
• Ensure safe loading, unloading, stowing and internal transfer of materials using the correct manual handling equipment.
• Operate manual handling equipment in line with licence/training (e.g., pallet trucks, reach truck).
• Maintain dispensary areas to GMP standard: housekeeping, daily checks, filter changes, strip/seal of floors.
• Follow all SOPs and elevate any quality or safety concerns.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver high internal customer service.
