Job summary

Curaleaf International in Sunderland is seeking a Dispensary Technician to prepare, label and dispense pharmaceutical ingredients and packaging materials for manufacturing in a regulated environment.

You will work on-site in Sunderland with 06:00-14:45 or 14:00-00:45 shifts, handling accurate record-keeping, GMP compliance and stock control, and supporting the production team to ensure timely manufacture of medicines. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Organised and methodical approach to work.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and track materials.
• Strong numeracy and literacy for calculations and documentation.
• Good IT skills and ability to use basic software for records.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Respect for procedures and continuous compliance with GMP/COSHH/PPE.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, weighing, dispensing, labeling and preparing pharmaceutical ingredients and packaging materials in line with procedures.
• Maintaining accurate, traceable records including expiry checks.
• Support stock control, including checks, expiry monitoring, returns and quarantined materials.
• Prepare materials and documentation for independent checking before production.
• Keep dispensary clean and compliant with quality, hygiene and safety standards.
• Follow GMP, COSHH and PPE requirements.
