Job summary

Nityo Infotech (UK delivery) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead CRM initiatives in the pharmaceutical domain. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, including planning, estimation, risk management, and stakeholder coordination across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in project management, 5+ years in client-facing roles, and hands-on experience with CRM programs such as Veeva Vault.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10 years of project management experience with at least 5 years in client-facing roles.
• Experience managing CRM projects and working with Veeva Vault in pharma.
• Strong skills in project planning, estimations, risk management and stakeholder management.
• Ability to control delivery costs and improve profitability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM projects and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Plan, scope, and manage project milestones and timelines.
• Estimate efforts, manage risks, and track delivery against SLA.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and governance across projects.
• Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate integration risks for web development projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and customers.
• Drive profitability and cost control in project delivery.
