Job summary

Evolve Selection has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical Ophthalmology organisation to recruit a Commercial Capability & Learning Specialist. This field-based, permanent role focuses on driving sales effectiveness, developing talent and delivering engaging learning experiences across the commercial team.

You'll facilitate training both virtually and face-to-face, coach sales leaders and support development centres, with a strong emphasis on continuous learning and high performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills to deliver engaging learning experiences.
• CIPD, coaching, learning and development, or recognised professional training qualifications would be advantageous.
• Ability to deliver learning virtually and face-to-face across environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to strengthen sales effectiveness and commercial capability, using coaching and feedback to drive application.
• Partner with Sales leadership to develop Sales Manager programmes and coaching skills.
• Lead bite-size learning sessions to build communication, influencing and personal effectiveness.
