PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. is seeking a Bid Writer to lead end-to-end bid processes for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. The role is hybrid (Runcorn/Home) with travel to manufacturers and depot sites, and involves developing winning strategies and maintaining a comprehensive Tender Library.

You will collaborate with commercial, finance, marketing and supply chain teams to ensure high-quality, compliant bids are submitted on time and aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing bids end-to-end in pharma/healthcare is essential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders across functions.
• Proven project management skills with ability to coordinate inputs from multiple teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong commercial and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and manage tender opportunities across pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
• Develop winning bid strategies aligned with commercial and financial objectives.
• Project manage the full proposal development process with cross-functional inputs.
• Ensure bids are high-quality, compliant, and submitted on time.
• Build and maintain a Tender Library to streamline future submissions.
