Qualifications

• Proven experience writing successful bids within Facilities Management or related sector.
• Experience with healthcare contracts or public-sector procurement is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of tender criteria and win themes.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to simplify complex information.
• Ability to manage deadlines and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop persuasive tender responses tailored to client requirements.
• Create bid narratives, storyboards and win themes.
• Collaborate with Bid Managers, Business Development and operations.
• Translate technical information into clear proposals.
• Review and improve content; strengthen evidence and case studies.
• Ensure submissions meet specifications and quality standards.
• Support bid libraries, templates and best-practice materials.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of bidding process.
