Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking an experienced Proposal Writer (Business Operations Manager) to drive high-impact, technically robust proposals for pharmaceutical development and manufacturing projects. You will partner with site leadership, business development, science, and finance to define scope, align with regulatory expectations, and craft bids that win.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in a technical discipline preferred; bachelor’s in engineering, chemistry, life sciences or related field is required.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing with 3+ years in services quote development.
Demonstrated expertise in technical writing, project management, and strategic business development.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Analyze RFPs and client requirements with SMEs to clarify technical needs.
Lead technical discussions to reflect site capabilities in proposals.
Integrate technical data and regulatory requirements into proposal documents for development and manufacturing projects.
Develop strategies aligned with business objectives, market trends, and client expectations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to gather information, set priorities, and meet proposal deadlines.
Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external clients throughout the proposal lifecycle.
Maintain proposal databases and Salesforce records for accuracy.
