Piramal Pharma Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking a Pharm Process Operator on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will support the manufacturing of solid oral dose products, follow cGMP, SOPs, and maintain high‑quality output in a safe environment.

The role requires basic literacy and numeracy; experience in FMCG or GMP settings is beneficial. You will assist with granulation, compression, equipment checks and data entry while contributing to continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Manufacture solid oral dose products according to approved procedures and SOPs.
• Distribute active and inactive ingredients per procedures.
• Granulate using wet/dry granulation and roller compaction techniques.
• Compress formulations on high-speed rotary machines.
• Carry out equipment checks and minor maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Complete paperwork and data entry with data integrity principles.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving.
• Provide buddy training and assessment where applicable.

We also offer specialized services like development and manufacture of Highly Potent APIs and Antibody Drug Conjugation.Our capability as an integrated service provider & experience with various technologies enables us to serve Innovator and Generic companies worldwide.For more details, please visit : www.piramalpharmasolutions.comJob TitlePharm Process Operator (FTC 12 Months)Job DescriptionJOB OVERVIEW:Manufactures solid oral dose products and is fully competent on all relevant operation, start-up, cleaning and checking procedures associated with the operation of a Pharmaceutical plant, ensuring a high-quality output is achieved in a safe and effective manner.RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:Technical experience in an FMCG or GMP operating environment would be beneficialBasic literacy and mathematics skills required•Manufacturing a wide variety of Pharmaceutical products according to approved procedures and SOP’s•Dispensing of active and non-active ingredients in accordance with the approved manufacturing procedures•Granulating products utilising techniques such as wet granulation, dry granulation, and roller compaction•Compression of formulated products utilising high speed rotary compression machines•Carrying out equipment checks and minor maintenance work to minimise down time e.g., checking oil levels, wear on parts, changing filters etc.•Clean equipment and areas following established procedures•Investigate and report problems on equipment or processes utilising established problem-solving techniques such as 5 Why’s.•Completes all associated paperwork, logbooks and computer data entry in accordance with data integrity principles and cGMP.•Utilise improvement techniques to support a continuous improvement culture in order to drive performance improvement•Supports SFT & CANDO deployment•Supports learning and development by providing buddy training and assessment where applicable.
