Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions in Morpeth is hiring a Pharm Process Operator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to manufacture solid oral dose products. You will be fully competent in start-up, cleaning and operation procedures within a GMP pharmaceutical plant.

The role covers dispensing ingredients, granulation, compression on high-speed equipment, and routine checks. You will maintain data integrity, complete paperwork, and support continuous improvement and buddy training.

Qualifications

• Technical experience in FMCG or GMP operating environment.
• Proficient in reading and following SOPs and batch records.
• Basic literacy and mathematics skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture solid oral dose products per approved procedures.
• Dispense active and non-active ingredients per procedures.
• Granulating using wet/dry granulation and roller compaction.
• Compress formulations on high-speed rotary press.
• Perform equipment checks and routine maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Complete paperwork and data entry in line with data integrity and cGMP.
• Support continuous improvement and buddy training.
