Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Contract Management professional to oversee the PFI contract, monitor budget performance and ensure compliance with contractual provisions. The role requires developing links between FM providers and CUH technical teams to protect the Trust’s position.

The post is Band 7, permanent, with full-time hours (37.5 per week) on-site at Addenbrooke’s/CUH, offering a competitive salary and NHS terms.

Qualifications

• Degree in property/estates management, business and contracts management disciplines or equivalent experience.
• Post Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Management or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of PFI contracts management and NHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Payment mechanism management and application.
• Conducting contractual audits.
• Acting as liaison between building users, FM Co and Project Co to resolve any issues between the parties.
• Chairing regular meetings between the parties to regularly review contract performance.
• Acting as liaison between the Trust's technical teams and FM Co.
• Resolving complex contract disputes between the parties.
• Progressing and monitoring small works and VO requests.
