Pet Family Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Pets Corner store located in Whiteley. The role is full-time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week across five days, with the position based at Whiteley Shopping Centre, Whiteley, Hampshire.

You will lead a team, deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales while upholding company standards. The role requires a genuine interest in our vision and values, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to training and development.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service

• Maintaining high standards with store and product presentation
• Keeping up to date with pricing, promotions and merchandising

• Maintaining accurate inventory by checking deliveries and stock takes
