Vergo Pest Management Ltd - Pest Control Technician

Vergo Pest Management Ltd is the largest independent national pest service provider in the UK. We are growing and currently have a fantastic opportunity for a customer-facing Pest Control Technician to join our team in Kidderminster. Whether you are experienced, seeking a change, or starting your career, we want to hear from you.

Our services include rodent control, bird management, insect control, and wildlife management.

You will serve commercial, residential, and government properties, conducting inspections, treatments, and promoting additional services when appropriate.

Our salary package is up to £29,500 based on qualifications and experience. Technicians can increase their earnings by up to £6,000 through leads, commissions, bonuses, and incentives.

Experience is preferred, but we provide excellent training for inexperienced candidates. Trainees start at £26,740, rising to £28,000 upon qualification.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Full UK Drivers Licence
2. Good written and verbal communication skills
3. Reside within a 40-mile radius of the advertised area
4. Ability to work independently and effectively
5. Methodical and systematic approach
6. Comfortable using mobile apps
7. Excellent attention to detail
