Job summary

Vergo Pest Management Ltd is seeking a customer facing Pest Control Technician to join our Birmingham team. You will visit customers across your area to inspect and treat pests, while promoting additional work when opportunities arise.

Salary package is up to £29,500 base, with potential to increase take-home pay by up to £6k through leads, commissions and bonus schemes. Training is provided for newcomers with the right attitude.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Live within 40 miles of the advertised area.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Be methodical and systematic in your approach.
• Comfortable using mobile phone apps and basic tech.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers across your area to inspect and treat pest issues.
• Promote additional work and upsell where opportunities arise.
• Work with commercial, residential and government properties.
• Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer facing Pest Control Technician to join our team, working in Birmingham.Whether you are experienced in the industry, looking for a change or to start your career, we want to hear from you.

Our comprehensive range of pest management servicesincludes rodent control , bird management, insect control and wildlife management.

You’ll be at the sharp end of our service for commercial, residential and government properties where you'll be visiting our customers across your area to make inspections and carry out treatments, as well as promoting additional work if the opportunity arises.

Our salary package is up to £29,500.00 based on qualifications and experience, in addition all of our technicians have the opportunity to increase their take home pay by up to 6K through leads, commission, bonus schemes and incentives.

Experience within this field would be preferred however we provide an excellent training programme for inexperienced candidates and are always looking to bring on individuals who show initiative and have the right attitude and work ethic.
