This role comes with a basic salary of £28,816 per annum plus benefits (including a company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, uniform, and RI Rewards).

We are currently hiring for a Pest Control Technician to join the team covering Dartford and the surrounding areas. If you enjoy managing your own time and solving bespoke customer problems face-to-face, this could be the job for you!

As a global leader in pest control, Rentokil Pest Control provides expert, reliable, and professional advice to customers in both commercial and residential sectors. Our technicians receive industry-leading training to support our customers' pest control needs.

Expected OTE: £35,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available.

Permanent: Full-time role, working Monday to Friday (40 hours/week). Up to 48 hours may become available in the future with increased salary.

Location: Covering North Kent.

Relocation Assistance: If you live more than 2 hours away and are willing to settle nearby, we may offer a relocation package of up to £5,000 tailored to your needs.

Requirements

Responsibilities Include:

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify risks.
• Address pest problems promptly by cleaning and removing evidence.
• Advise customers on maintenance and hygiene.
• Complete accurate reports after each visit.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism.

Key Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility in working patterns to support business needs.
• Basic salary of £28,816.
