Job description

We are currently hiring for a Pest Control Technician to join the team covering North Kent. If you enjoy managing your own time and solving customer problems face-to-face, this could be the role for you!

Rentokil Pest Control, a global leader in pest management, provides expert, reliable advice to commercial and residential clients. Our technicians receive industry-leading training to support customer needs.

Expected OTE: £35,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available.

Type: Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week). Up to 48 hours may be available in the future with increased pay.

Location: North Kent.

Relocation Assistance: If you're over 2 hours away and willing to settle nearby, a relocation package of up to £5,000 may be available.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Inspecting premises for pests and risks.
2. Addressing pest issues promptly.
3. Advising customers on maintenance and hygiene.
4. Completing accurate reports.
5. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism.

Key Requirements:

1. Full UK driving license (more than 2 years, no more than 6 penalty points).
2. GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above).
3. Strong customer service and communication skills.
4. Flexibility in working patterns.
5. Basic salary of £28,816, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions.
6. Company vehicle and fuel card.
