Rentokil Initial is seeking a Pest Control Technician to cover from Rugby to Hereford, working in a dynamic, customer-facing field role. You will manage bird and rodent-proofing projects, install external bait stations, and support inspections while maintaining high safety and service standards.

The role offers a competitive base salary (£27,669) with potential OTE (£32,000), a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits. Weekend and occasional out-of-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• GCSE English and Maths at level C (Grade 4) or above is advantageous.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit commercial and domestic customers, providing bird and rodent-proofing solutions.
• Install pest control hardware and use the Flexi Armour system to prevent pest ingress.
• Manage job safety, follow risk assessments and method statements, and work safely at heights or in confined spaces.
• Lead job progression from start to finish, ordering materials and accessing equipment as needed.
• Engage with clients to identify pest problems and explore new business opportunities.
