Job summary

Outwood Academy Ormesby in Middlesbrough is seeking a PLC Coordinator to lead the management of the Personalised Learning Centre and identify and deliver alternative courses and intervention strategies for specific student cohorts.

The role requires a proactive approach to multi-agency collaboration, a passion for mentoring, and a focus on removing barriers to learning; 35 hours per week, term-time plus 5 days.

Salary (Actual Salary): £23,527.91 to £24,302.90 (Grade 6 SCP 12-14)

Working Pattern: 35 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday (8:00am - 3:30pm), Term Time only + 5 days
