Job summary

Outwood Academy Ormesby in Middlesbrough is seeking a PLC Coordinator to lead the Personalised Learning Centre and to identify and deliver alternative courses and intervention strategies for specific student cohorts. You will work with schools and services to remove barriers to learning, mentor students, and support vulnerable learners.

This term-time role (35 hours/week, 8:00am–3:30pm) includes 5 additional days. Salary is £23,527.91 to £24,302.90, Grade 6 SCP 12-14.

Qualifications

• Experience in educational settings or student support roles preferred.
• Ability to develop bespoke pathways for vulnerable learners.
• Solid understanding of intervention strategies and collaboration with external partners.
