Whittington Health NHS Trust is seeking a proactive programme/lead role to shape personalised cancer care across hospital and community settings. You will oversee development, delivery and evaluation of PCC interventions and ensure integration of personalised care across clinical teams.

You will manage data quality, COSD submissions and dashboards, and lead workforce initiatives while influencing partnership programmes to reduce inequalities and improve patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex whole-system change projects.
• Knowledge of public sector and health service.
• Experience operating in politically sensitive environments.
• Project planning and coordination in complex settings.
• Understanding of cancer policy developments.

Responsabilités

• Represent Whittington Health in neighbourhood health projects and partnerships.
• Lead sustainable improvements in patient experience, quality of life and outcomes.
• Develop and evaluate PCC interventions (HNAs, PCSPs, EOTS, PSFU).
• Improve PCC data quality and reporting (COSD, performance dashboards).
• Embed personalised care principles into routine practice across teams.
