Everlast Gyms in the UK is seeking qualified Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers to grow their PT business within a fast-growing fitness brand. This role offers flexible agreements (8-16 hours per week) and the chance to deliver group training, MOVE onboarding, and personalised fitness solutions, while benefiting from marketing

Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification is essential.
• Public liability insurance is essential.
• Passion for health, fitness and helping people achieve goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are required.
• Self-motivation with an entrepreneurial mindset is important.
• Ability to engage, motivate and inspire members.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent service standards.
• Confident in generating and retaining Personal Training clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct member consultations and MOVE onboarding sessions.
• Support new member acquisition and retention.
• Deliver high-quality fitness coaching and customer service.
• Lead group training sessions and fitness challenges.
• Build strong relationships with members to support long-term engagement.
• Promote additional services and products that enhance member results.
• Maintain excellent standards of gym cleanliness, presentation and safety.
• Support club events, campaigns and community initiatives.
