Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking qualified Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers in the United Kingdom to grow their PT business within a fast-growing brand. We offer 4–20 hours per week, with paid gym floor hours while you build your client base and retain 100% of PT earnings.

You will deliver coaching, group training, and personalised fitness solutions, while leveraging an established member base and dedicated marketing support to grow your services.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification is essential.
• CIMSPA Practitioner Membership is required.
• Valid Public Liability Insurance is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conducting member consultations and MOVE onboarding sessions.
• Supporting new member acquisition and retention.
• Delivering high-quality fitness coaching and customer service.
• Leading group training sessions and fitness challenges.
• Building strong relationships with members for long-term engagement.
• Promoting additional services and products to enhance results.
• Maintaining gym cleanliness, presentation and safety.
• Supporting club events and community initiatives.
