Job summary

Everlast Gyms in the UK is seeking qualified Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers to build their PT business within a fast-growing brand. You'll work 8–16 hours per week on paid gym floor hours while developing client base and delivering exceptional coaching.

You'll benefit from an established member base, dedicated marketing support, group training opportunities, and progression within a supportive environment backed by Frasers Group.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification
• Public Liability Insurance
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

• Conducting member consultations and MOVE onboarding sessions
• Supporting new member acquisition and retention
• Delivering high-quality fitness coaching and customer service
• Leading group training sessions and fitness challenges
• Building strong relationships with members to support long-term engagement
• Promoting additional services and products that enhance member results
• Maintaining excellent standards of gym cleanliness, presentation and safety
• Supporting club events, campaigns and community initiatives
• As your PT client base grows, focus on maximising earnings potential
